General terms and conditions for registration and participation in our events

The following General terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between event participants and Cannaflos Genetics SL.

1. Event Location

The event location is indicated in the current event program.

2. Registration/participation conditions

Participants can register for our events online via our registration for or via e-mail. Registrations will be considered according to the date of receipt. After receipt of the registration, a confirmation of registration and, if applicable, an invoice will be sent. Invoices must be paid before the start of the event. There is no general entitlement to participation; the organizer reserves the right to admit participants on a case-by-case basis.

3. Order & Payment terms; Reselling prohibition

In the case of orders via our online registration form, the contract, including the participant's obligation to pay, is bindingly concluded when the corresponding order button is clicked. A subsequent order confirmation by e-mail merely documents that the contract has already been concluded. Before completing his/her binding order, the participant is shown a summarised order overview in which he can correct his details once again and remove selected products from the shopping basket.

Tickets available through the website may be purchased using any of the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, ChinaUnion Pay, JCB, Diners, Discover or Electron

Commercial resale of the tickets is not permitted. Tickets may not be sold privately at a price higher than the ticket price printed on them plus any proven fees charged when the ticket was purchased. Any violation of these conditions will result in the loss of the right of admission to the respective event without compensation. The admission tickets lose their validity.

4. Participation/cancellation

Cancellation by the participant up to 60 days before the event is free of charge. Cancellations up to 21 days before the start of the event will incur a cancellation fee of 35% of the participation fee, if any. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. In the event of non-attendance, the full participation fee, if any, will be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing and only become valid upon written confirmation by the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to replace the entire event, announced speakers with others or to postpone, change or cancel individual parts at short notice. In the event of a complete cancellation (exception: force majeure) of the event, the participation fees, if any, already paid will be refunded. Further claims are excluded, unless they are based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior by employees of Cannaflos Genetics SL or other vicarious agents.

5. Withdrawal rights

Participants that are consumers may not exercise their right to withdraw from the purchase contract established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, as the tickets pertain to a recreational service to take place at a specific date and time.

6. Limitations of liability

Insofar as events take place on the premises and property of third parties, the organizer shall not be liable to the participants in the event of accidents and loss of or damage to their property, unless the damage is due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of employees of Cannaflos Genetics SL or other vicarious agents.

7. Copyrights

The event-related presentations and documentation are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially in any form, even in part, without the consent of the organizer and the respective speakers.

Permission must be obtained in advance from the organizer for all film and audio recordings intended during the event. Photographs are permitted to a reasonable extent for private purposes, subject to the rights of third parties.

The organizer accepts no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies in the content of the presentations and documentation.

8. Photo and film rights

By participating in the event, participants expressly grant the organizer and its media partners permission to take photographs, films, images, sound recordings and other recordings. These will be used for the purpose of internal documentation as well as for online presentation on all Cannaflos Genetics SL websites and on its social media platforms or for print products such as its annual reviews or seminar brochures. These are passed on to its customers and interested parties and stored by it for as long as it is useful for its documentation. The production, publication and storage of these images is based on its legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

9. Data protection

Cannaflos Genetics SL and, if applicable, the co-organizer expressly named in the event program process the data of the participants for contract fulfillment, customer service and market research and, if they have consented or are legally entitled to do so, for advertising purposes. In addition, Cannaflos Genetics SL will inform you about its own and similar offers or services by e-mail, irrespective of your express consent. You can object to the use of your data for advertising purposes at any time by writing to Cannaflos Genetics SL, Calle Catedrático Agustín Escardino Benlloch 9, 46980 Paterna (Valencia), Spain or by sending an e-mail to mail@cannaflos.de (state the e-mail address and name under which you are registered/logged in). Your data may also be passed on to service providers for the aforementioned purposes. Detailed information on data protection and information obligations can be found at privacy policy.

10. Place of performance/jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by law, Valencia, Spain is agreed as the place of performance and jurisdiction. Amendments and supplements to this contract must be made in writing. This also applies to amendments to this written form clause. No verbal collateral agreements have been made. These terms and conditions and the entire legal relationship between the parties are subject to the law of the Kingdom of Spain.

11. Platform for online dispute resolution

The European Commission has set up a platform for online dispute resolution. This can be accessed at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers can use the platform to resolve their disputes. Cannaflos Genetics SL is neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board, unless there is a legal obligation to participate.
